Weston Winery is the oldest family owned winery in Idaho. Bonded in 1981 when only Ste Chapelle and Lou Facelli Winery were operating in Southern Idaho. The vineyard is situated overlooking the Treasure Valley at an elevation of 2750 feet while the winery is located on Lake Lowell adjacent to the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge. The boutique winery makes less than 1,000 cases annually of varietal wines. Weston also produces certain specialty wines for private labeling for special events.
